These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Yaki Ya! website, mobile applications, and in-store services.

By accessing our website or placing an order, you enter into a legally binding contract with Yaki Ya! Ltd.

Orders & Acceptance

3.1 Order Acceptance

All orders are subject to availability. A contract is only formed when we send a confirmation email or begin preparing your food.

3.2 Right to Refuse

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including but not limited to suspected fraud, misuse, or operational limitations.

3.3 Cancellations

Due to the perishable nature of our products, orders cannot be cancelled or amended once preparation has begun.

Alcohol Sales

If your order includes alcohol:

You must be aged 18 or over. We operate a Challenge 25 policy. Valid ID may be required upon delivery or collection. We reserve the right to refuse alcohol service without refund if valid ID is not provided.

Pricing, Payment & VAT

5.1 Pricing

All prices are in GBP (£) and include VAT at the prevailing rate. Delivery fees and service charges (if applicable) will be clearly displayed at checkout.

5.2 Payment

Payments are processed securely via encrypted third-party providers. We do not store full card details on our servers.

5.3 Pricing Errors

While we strive for accuracy, errors may occur. If a product is listed at an incorrect price, we reserve the right to cancel or refuse the order and issue a full refund.

Promotions & Offers

All promotions, discounts, and offers are subject to availability. We reserve the right to amend, withdraw, or cancel any offer at any time without prior notice. Offers cannot be combined unless explicitly stated. No cash alternative is available.

Allergies & Food Safety

IMPORTANT: We operate a busy kitchen environment. While we take extreme care, we cannot guarantee any item is completely free from allergens due to cross-contamination risks.

Food Quality

All food is prepared fresh to order. Appearance may vary. Images are for illustrative purposes only.

Delivery & Collection

9.1 Timing

Delivery and collection times are estimates only. We are not liable for delays caused by factors outside our control, including traffic, weather, or high demand.

9.2 Failed Delivery / Collection

If you are not available to receive delivery, or fail to collect your order within 30 minutes, the order may be disposed of without refund.

Refunds & Complaints

Due to the perishable nature of our products: refunds are only provided where required by law or where an issue (e.g., incorrect or defective order) is verified. Refunds are issued at our discretion. Refunds will be processed via the original payment method where applicable.

Third-Party Platforms

Orders placed via third-party platforms (including delivery apps, EPOS systems, or external ordering providers) are subject to the terms of those platforms. Yaki Ya! Ltd is not responsible for service interruptions, delays, or technical issues caused by third-party providers.

You agree not to use the website unlawfully, attempt unauthorised access, engage in fraudulent activity, or disrupt or damage website functionality.

Loyalty Programme Terms

Open to UK residents aged 16+. Points have no cash value and are non-transferable. Points may expire after 12 months of inactivity. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for suspected abuse or fraud.

Catering & Large Orders

Orders over £150 require at least 48 hours' notice. A non-refundable deposit (typically 25%) may be required. Orders cancelled less than 24 hours before the event may be charged at 100% of order value.

Franchise Disclaimer

Yaki Ya! operates both company-owned and franchised locations. Where a store is operated by a franchisee, your contract for the purchase of food is with the independent business operating that location, not Yaki Ya! Ltd.

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, available on our website.

Intellectual Property

The "Yaki Ya!" name, logo, branding, and all website content are the exclusive property of Yaki Ya! Ltd. Unauthorised use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any matter which cannot be excluded under UK law.

Subject to this: Yaki Ya! Ltd shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the order.

Force Majeure

We are not liable for failure or delay in performing our obligations due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, power failures, strikes, government restrictions, or pandemics.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
