01 - FOOD & MENU

Yes — every single item across all Yaki Ya! branches is 100% Halal certified, including our meats and sauces which are all made in-house. We are certified by the HMB (Halal Monitoring Board), one of the UK’s most trusted Halal certification bodies. Our licence is reviewed regularly to ensure we remain 100% Halal, 100% of the time. No — Yaki Ya! is a fully alcohol-free restaurant. We are committed to providing a comfortable dining experience for everyone, and that means no alcohol served at any of our branches. Enjoy our full menu with a soft drink, juice, or one of our other beverages instead.
No — pork and pork-derived ingredients are not used anywhere across our menu. As a fully Halal certified restaurant verified by the HMB (Halal Monitoring Board), you can dine with complete confidence that everything on your plate meets the highest Halal standards.

Yes — every dish is cooked fresh to order. No pre-made shortcuts, no reheated corners cut. Just real cooking, fast.
Our menu is built around bold Japanese flavours — from our signature Teriyaki Bowls and slow-simmered Ramen, to crispy Katsu Curry, wok-fired Yakisoba Noodles, Udon Soup, Poke Salad, and Mixed Starters. Something for everyone, every time.
We do! Several of our dishes are vegetarian-friendly, including our Poke Salad and select teriyaki bowls. Look for the V badge on our menu. Our team is always happy to guide you through the best options for your diet.

We don’t have a dedicated kids menu, but many of our dishes are big hits with younger guests — katsu curry and teriyaki bowls especially. Portions are generous so sharing is always a great option. Ask our team for recommendations.

02 - ORDERING & DELIVERY

It’s simple — order online through our Click’N’Collect page, choose your nearest branch, pay securely, and your food will be ready in as little as 15 minutes. No queuing, no waiting around — just click, collect, and eat.

Yes! We’re on Uber Eats and other delivery platforms. Search Yaki Ya! on your preferred app and check availability for your postcode. Delivery coverage varies by branch, so if your area isn’t available yet — it might be soon.
Many dishes can be customised — swapping proteins, adjusting spice levels, or removing certain ingredients. Look for the options on each item when ordering online. For more specific requests, ordering in person or calling your branch directly is always the best way.
Because everything is made fresh and quickly, we have a very short window to make changes. Please contact your branch immediately after placing your order. Once preparation has started, we may not be able to make amendments — so double-check before you confirm!
